Developer Emaar Properties on Sunday announced the launch of Boulevard Point in Downtown Dubai, a new luxury residential project.
Boulevard Point will feature 297 residences across 63 storeys, and will encompass of one- to three-bedroom residences which set to launch to investors on January 25 in the UAE, Singapore, Doha and Riyadh.
Emaar said in a statement that the development will house world-class facilities and amenities including swimming pools, dedicated children’s area, gymnasium, and a community-centric lawn and barbecue deck.
Located above The Dubai Mall extension, Boulevard Point will also offer direct access to The Dubai Mall through a dedicated bridge link.

Potential investors can register their interest for homes in Boulevard Point online at www.emaar.com from January 22.
Emaar said the sales on January 25 for Dubai will be held at Emaar Pavilion on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, Downtown Dubai and in Abu Dhabi, at the Emaar Sales Centre in Al Nahda Tower, from 10am; and at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, from 2pm.
Dedicated showcases in Riyadh and Doha will be held on January 25 at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre, and Four Seasons Hotel Doha, respectively, from 9am, both on a first-come first-served basis, Emaar added.
